Hi Everyone, Hope the summer is treating you well so far. We are just about to wrap up the second session for the year. One more to go. So far so good, with great people. The biggest event to unfold was the birth of a foal on June 7. The students really were in awe, so we named the filly Magic. On to other events..........I am aware that most of you signed the email list from the guide school, but I am just letting you know that the camp cook school put together a short version of a class for the Food Network last summer and it will be aired July 1 and 2.
