AWSOME MARINADE I TRIED THIS WEEKEND

1/2 CUP LIME JUICE
1/2 CUP CHOPPED CILANTRO
1/2 CUP OLIVE OIL
1/3 CUP SOY SAUCE
1/4 CUP TEQUILA
7 GARLIC CLOVES , FINLEY CHOPPED
2 TEASPOONS GRATED LIME RIND
2 TEASPOONS GROUND CUMIN
2 TEASPOONS DRIED OREGINO
1 TEASPOON PEPPER

2-3 LBS OF BEEF LONDON BROIL , OR ELK STEAK OR VENISON STEAKS

WISK 1ST 10 INGREADIENTS IN BOWL , PEIRCE MEAT ALL OVER , PLACE MEAT IN ZIP LOCK BAG , ADD MARINADE AND REFRIGURATE FOR 1-2 DAYS.
COOK ON HOT GRILL.

DRINK THE REST OF THE BOTTLE OF TEQUILA  Tongue Grin

Read an article about tequila a couple weeks ago.  the good stuff shouldn't be left in an open bottle more then a couple months.  All the more reason to follow the last part of the recipe closely.   Grin
