Left overs

I realize that it is unlikely for any of you to have left over meat from a meal but in the unlikely event that you do, an easy way to utilize it for another meal is to make fajitas. All you need to do is slice whatever meat you have, beef, venison, chicken, etc. into thin slices. Warm it in a cast iron skillet with a little oil and worcester sauce. Take it out of the skillet and then put into the skillet one sliced onion, and two sliced peppers, green red or whatever you have. When they are softened to almost clear on the onions but still a little crunchy, add more worcester sauce and put the meat back in with it. Heat a tortilla, add salsa and if you like, light sour cream, then put your fajita mixture on it and roll or eat as is. This is fairly quick, fairly filling, and cleans up your left overs and is a meal in itself. A few red pepper flakes will liven up you fajitas if they are to mild for you. Enjoy.

Thanks Philip, I never considered fajitas. I like 'em, but usually put leftovers into "stew" or some kid of chili. Net time I'll do fajitas though.

I love fajitas, omelets, or breakfast burritos with the left overs.
