 Backstrap-sliced thin 1/4"
Season strap pieces and bread in Italian seasoned bread crumbs. Fry quickly in canola oil. Place pieces in bottom of dutch oven or bakeing pan.

Once all pieces are in there, add 1 jumbo jar of spaghetti sauce. Chop 3 cloves of garlic and place in
Season with fresh basil and oregano
Let meat simmer in sauce for 2-3 hours. The longer it simmers, the more tender it will get.

30 minutes before supper time:
Add an entire bag of grated parmesan cheese on top, and put lid back on.
Cook pasta of your choice.
When pasta is done, spoon meat/sauce mixture over top of pasta. Top with another glob of cheese   Grin
