Royal Tine Bacon Mushroom Saute
1 lb bacon; diced and sauted
8 oz canned mushrooms; drained and diced
1 bunch green onions include tops; diced and sauted
1 lb spaghetti noodles; cooked
1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
1/4 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup cider vinegar
Saute bacon. When bacon is 3/4 done, add the onions and mushrooms. Cook
until bacon is crisp. Leave approx. 3 T bacon grease in skillet. Add
remaining ingredients. Stir and cook until thoroughly mixed and warmed
through out.
Yield: 4-6 servings
