I have a knife from Cutco Cutlery. www.cutco.com It is the serrated blade. Item # 5718. They have a forever guarantee.
I keep it strictly for cutting the bone joints when field dressing game. It lets me use my regular knife longer between sharpenings. I send it in to the company for sharpening at the end of every season. It costs $5. This year I gutted and field dressed 8 elk and 2 deer.

I bought a cutco knife. So far I like it. Thanks for the recommendation.
