3 lbs venison steak
flour
1/4tsp fresh ground black pepper
1/2tsp salt
1/2tsp garlic salt
1 package lipton onion soup mix
1 can cream of mushroom soup

Mix together flour, salt, pepper and garlic salt.  Coat venison with flour mixture. Tenerize venison by pounding with a meat hammer.  Brown venison in frying pan.  Place browned venison in a roasting pan.  Sprinkle venison with lipton soup mix and cover with mushroom soup.  Bake for three hours at 325. oh yeah dont forget to throw in some spuds, carrots, onions, and what ever else your heart desires Wink

Glad you bumped it.  I wonder how it would be with cream of celery soup.  I guess I better find out.   Wink
