Ok.. this is the EASIEST way to post a photo.. you do not need to upload any photos to a host or anything like that...

Down below the text input box there is option called "Additional options" Click that BUTTON !

You will see a place for a "Filename" and a "Browse" button. Click the browse button. Browse to where the file is on your computer and select it.

Once you have selected the picture then put in a description of the picture in the message box. The photo will be uploaded and displayed in your post.

Voila !

NOTE:   The picture must be less than 640-480 pixels.  You can resize them at  www.picresize.com for free.

Normally any scanner or digital camera software will come with a way to reduce the size of the photo.

OR

Use a hosting site

First, your photo has to be smaller then 640 x 480, if its not it will load but when you come back it will be gone. Make sure you resize your photo before you try.

Your photo has to be at a host site like www.Hunt101.com

Copy and paste the image link (not the image code) and paste into your message.

Once in the message box the first thing you need to do is click the 2nd box that says IMG, then paste the link of your photo from the host site, then click the IMG* again and it will bookend your link with a IMG/

That should be it. Play around with it - don't be shy.  If not sure try one in the test forum, thats why its there.

Avatars have to be 80 x 80 pixels or less.

The text input box is simply the box you type your text into or a reply into on this forum.  Hit reply like you are going to reply to this message.  Right below the box it will say "Additional Options" click that and go from there.  Browse and attach your photo.  Remeber though, they have to be sized first.  If all else fails, email them to me.  Post some of your old guiding pics there KB.

Yep, photo is too big, you nee to resize.  You will need software or a photo program to do that.  Or, you can go to www.picresize.com an resize it there.  Type in 600 for width and 450 for height, that size works the best.  Can't be any bigger than 640X480.  Keep at it, you are almost there. Wink
