hey everyone, try this recipe and let me know how you like it.
Cowboy Beans
2 lbs ground burger
1½ cups chopped celery
½ cup green pepper, chopped
½ cup onion, chopped
3 15 oz. cans stewed tomatoes
1 large can pork and beans
½ tsp. garlic powder
1 ½ T paprika
Place celery, onion, and green pepper in 12” Dutch oven. Sauté in vegetable oil, then add burger and remaining ingredients. Bake (350°) for 30 minutes. Serves approx. 8 people.
